It is much better to lance the cyst or use hot soaks to bring it to the surface than to squeeze the crap out of it like this. Noticed how the skin dimpled? That is what happens when you increase pressure in the tissues to an incredible level, causing damage. Applying a lot of pressure can also cause the cyst sac to rupture, potentially causing an infection.
