Simpler solution is to mix about half a lemon(juice) with half a cup of milk and rub into skin till fully absorbed and wash out (without soap).will help especially after waxing for marks left behind due to ingrown hair, allergies etc.

I just read a few of the comments on this. Hindus are not blacks...And definitly not ugly hindu monkeys. The whole fair skin obsession started because traditionally men wanted fairer girls because they resembled lakshmi (Goddess of wealth). Its what my grandmother used to tell me. This one is for hyper-pigmentation not for becoming superfair.
